Boil dry tea leaves in water. Strain and then let the water cool. Add the juice of half a lemon. Apply this on the scalp and hair and leave for an hour. Wash as usual. This gives a shine to the hair and is a good dandruff cure.
Egg and Vinegar Home Remedy
Mix the white of one egg with the juice of one medium-sized lemon. Apply on the scalp and keep for an hour. Wash off as usual and use a mixture of cider vinegar in water as a last rinse. This is a very good dandruff treatment.
Apple cider vinegar
The acidity in vinegar may help kill any bacteria that may be contributing to dandruff. This staple remedy can also reduce buildup that occurs from overuse of hair products.
