Start with clean dry face. Apply foundation and eye primer before applying glitter. If using solid glue, use a makeup applicator or Qtip to apply the glue above the eye lash in a sweeping motion to create the contour you desire. When using liquid glue with an applicator, apply glue in the same sweeping motion but do not allow the glue to dry up before applying the glitter.
If applying two colors, the darker color should be on the eye lid and the lighter color should extend from the eyelid to the eyebrow. Apply only enough glue to do one color at a time.
And then apply a high lighter of the white shade on your brow bone. After high lighting you again need to apply topping brown color in the outer corner of the eye lid to give your shadow a definite shadow. With the help of smaller tip of brush apply this shadow on the lower eyelid.
Amplify your look with glitter as a highlighter. A touch of glitter gel to both the inner and outer corners of eyes creates a wearable fantasy look for more whimsical personalities or perhaps a party. Use glitter as a finishing touch. After applying your mascara, touch a brush lightly dipped in the glitter powder of your choice to the tips of your still-wet lashes. Take a medium-size fluffy brush after a few moments and sweep over your under-eye area to eliminate product fallout.
