Night Makeup

The night sparks off opportunities for more extravagant make-up, and on this page, all eye make-up began with a fine line of black pencil along the lower lid, for emphasis. Then a line of black kohl was applied along the inside rim of the lower eyelid. Whites of the eyes look even clearer and brighter in comparison.

LEFT: The golden brown eye is dusted with brown along the inner corner and also on the outer half of the eyelid. Iridescent white highlighter along the centre eye area gives it a warm sheen. The same iridescent highlighter also goes on the brow bone.

RIGHT: On the soft silver eye, the brow bone is colored in pink, the inner eye is in silvery blue. A second, deeper grey is used on the outer eye corners and along under the lower lashes. A dot of white highlighter is placed just in the inside eye corners to contrast beautifully with the steel grey.

LEFT: A softer version of the silver grey. This time a gentle blend of shadows, pink with grey-blue, covers the brow bone and inner lid area. At the outer corners deep grey is used. This color also goes on under the lower lashes.

RIGHT: A tawny eye, made with orange blusher combined with white. The white powder is applied on the inner eye corners and is lightly dusted over with orange. Orange goes on more heavily at outer corners and under outer lashes of the lower lid. The inner area of lower lid is lined in highlighter.
