Onions for Hair Growth

Fortunately, there are ways to naturally deal with hair loss. Onion juice for hair loss is an age old remedy that has been tried and tested by many as a natural treatment.

Grab a bowl and mix 3 tbs of grated onion with 1 tbs of honey. Before applying mask, wash your hair with shampoo and apply into your hair scalp, then rinse off after 40 minutes with warm water without a shampoo. Use this mask once a week.

Carefully cut the onions into small pieces. The smaller the pieces are, the better it is. Smaller pieces can easily be turned into paste. Finely cut pieces give a finely grinded paste which is more effective.Put the finely grinded onion pieces in a blender. Crush the pieces in the blender until you have a good amount of onion juice. Do not dispose the paste away as it can be further use to make onion hair packs which are as effective as onion juice to fight hair loss.

Another advantage of applying onion on your hair is it will give you hair a nice coppery shade. It makes your hair look glossy. But, if you want to maintain the natural color of your hair, mix the onion blend with adequate amount of mustard oil. The oil will prevent the color lightening caused by onions. And, you can increase your daily consumption of onions for a beautiful hair.
