Our feet bear our entire weight for all our lives. Placed at the bottom they are usually neglected the most, our face taking precedence over the rest of the body. That is why you have more beauty products in the market that are used for beautifying the face than anything else in comparison.
A pedicure is a method to improve the appearance of the feet and nails. It can help prevent nail diseases and disorders.
Home Spa Pedicure Directions:
1. Remove toe nail polish if you have any on.
2. Soak feet in water for 5-10 minutes. Read a magazine or listen to some soothing music while you soak
3. Remove your right foot from the water and pat toes dry with a towel. Clip toenails as needed to your desired length. Try to cut them in a square shape instead of a rounded shape which can cause ingrown toenails.

4. File toe nails with nail file to create smooth edges.
5. Push back cuticles with a cuticle stick.
6. Apply the body oil at the cuticle area and again soak your foot in the water.
7. Exfoliate the dead skin from the heels with pumice stone .
8. Gently rub the feet skin with the scrubber and apply the scrubber in between the toes to give your feet final cleansing scrub.
9. Apply generously the feet lotion at the feet emphasizing at the dry area as heels.

10. If you want to polish your nails then first remove any grease from the toe nails as the polish will adhere with the nails.
11. Separate the toe nails with toe separator or with the bath tissues.
12. Apply the nail polish and allow it to dry to complete your pedicure.
13. Have nice looking feet with graceful gait at the planet.
