Vitamins For Hair Growth

Vitamins for hair growth work very well when chosen properly. There are certain vitamins that improve hair growth, so it helps to know what vitamins these are. There are many routes to take when trying to revive the growth of your hair but none of them are as good as vitamins.

Vitamin A Protects Hair Roots:
The lubrication of hair roots is important for hair growth needs. This is due to how hair roots are going to need to be able to keep from becoming too dry to where hair cannot be well supported. Having plenty of Vitamin A in one’s diet can work to help with making sure that the roots are moist enough to support hair follicles.

Zinc:
Zinc and two items below are not the group of vitamin, but have an important role for hair health. Zinc acts as an antioxidant and for several centuries, zinc is known as an excellent nutrient for health recovery, including to restore the condition of hair that is not healthy or damaged.

Vitamin E:
Vitamin E helps improve blood circulation in the scalp, as well as anti-oxidants which can be found in nuts, soy, vegetable oils and green vegetables.

Vinamin B and H:
To start, pantothenic acid (B5) and biotin (used to be vitamin H) help to produce more hair by stimulating the body’s consumption of vitamins, and by increasing cell development using the vitamins inside the body. Folic acid also helps cell development and inositol helps to keep the cell membrane healthy. These vitamins are important because, unlike many products, vitamins go to the source of the problem.
